Overview
Real-time production dashboards for CE Produkter, a Swedish textile manufacturer (airfelt nonwoven). KPIs like kg/h, line efficiency, and stop time go live from the shop floor to 4K panels, tablets, and phones.
The numbers used to live in after-the-fact reports. Now operators, managers, and the office see the same numbers at the same moment.
How we built it
01 Built on NIT Nexus
CE is the first pilot on our integration platform, with WebSockets pushing new numbers to every screen the moment something happens on the floor.
02 One UI, three screen sizes
The same product runs on a 4K wall panel, a tablet, and a phone, with layouts made for each.
03 The Formula One look
Big numbers and high contrast keep the output readable from across the hall, and give the shift a bit of friendly competition.
